"Our front entry steps were cracked and pulling from house. In addition they were originally installed with a bad pitch, water flowed toward home. Derek from sun Viking came to my home for the estimate and after having 3 other estimates Derek was the only contractor who actually identified the actual problem and explained to me that simply veneering the steps would not correct it. I hired Sun Viking primarily due to Derek's knowledge and although the price was more than we budgeted for we went for it (We budgeted $6500 for the job). WE COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!!!! This company exceeded my expectations by doing the little things like pouring footers and rebuilding the steps from the ground up they also installed conduit line for adding step lighting or landscape lights to the homes front later on. His employees were punctual and polite. They explained things to me if I had questions as the job progressed. The finished product is just stunning and we have already received compliments from neighbors. Thank You Derek and the Sun Viking team!!!"

They came back and resolved the problem but they also did additional work; they really are not the best painters. The price was very reasonable and they also did some exterior painting for me as well. The interior painting was not as professional as I thought it could have been but they were quick to respond to my needs. They were punctual."
