"This job starting out with replacing two skylights which I thought would solve my roof leak. The house is 39 years old and I added a second shingle layer about 20 years ago. Unfortunately when Eric and the crew began replacing the skylights they observed severe rot in the shingles and in the wood under the shingles. Eric showed me all the evidence of the rot and we agreed that I had to bite the bullet and replace the entire roof. Once I got over the shock of the unexpected cost, I agreed to have the work done. The next day Royal Pro had a crew of about 10 people beginning the work. The crew did the job in two days. They took care to move all the outdoor furniture and plant and covered my deck and driveway. They brought in the dumpster and off to work they went. And while on the roof the crew took care of various odds and ends at no additional cost. I wholeheartedly recommend Eric and the Royal Pro Construction team."

"The service I had done wasn't listed. I needed my front porch repaired and I wanted a brick surround built for my mailbox. I hired this company in June 2022, they gave me a five year warranty on all work. When they were finished it was absolutely horrible. I asked them to fix it, but they did a horrible job fixing part of what they did. Nothing is level, nothing was even, the color of the concrete was wrong, the steps are different colors, the steps were different lengths and had to be cut after I told them they were different lengths, they got cement all down the side of my bricks now they look like they've been whitewashed, it ran down brand new $14,000 asphalt driveway and I had to have that power washed to remove the cement that they left, they built the surround around my mailbox and we're installing the mailbox literally 2 feet off the ground because they ran out of bricks. My wife told them they better get some more bricks and they did and they raised it to a normal height."
