"I recently called Viking Pest to re-bait my rodent stations in the garage and outside. When they arrived, they refused to do that and told me that since I have a dog, their company policy no longer allows them to. I had the dog when I started service with them. In fact, 2 months prior to their policy change they sold me 2 outdoor bait stations for $75. So basically, they would like me to spend more money and buy into their Smart Rodent technology instead, as their only option claiming it's safer. If they were offering it at the same cost then that might be an option but it's not the case. Not only have I had this happen, but I've requested numerous times if I could get the tech to be a regular so they'd get to know my property and that is not possible. Before I cancelled my service with them, I called multiple times asking for their service manager to call me as I was upset. Each time customer service would savvy I'd get a call within 48 hours and never did. I guess since Viking is owned by Anticimex a large corporation, theyv'e lost sight of customer service. I am very disappointed with Viking Pest, I would not recommend them. If I could give the no stars I would."

"Our inspector, Joe Donnelly, was recommended by our realtor. He was very nice and did catch a lot of smaller things on our home inspection. However, he majorly screwed up on the electrical part of the inspection: he noted that there were a few double tapped breakers that we should get fixed, but somehow did not notice that none of the breakers were GFCI or arc-fault protected. He also missed the lack of sticker on the box, which meant the electrical work in the house had never been inspected (or at least never passed). When we called an electrician in to fix the double tapped breaker issue, he immediately pointed out the non- arc fault, non-GFCI, no inspection situation and was shocked the home inspector didn't notice either issue. We now have gotten estimates of several thousand dollars to fix the electrical issues, expenses we were not planning on. If Joe had found these issues, we likely would not have gone through with buying this house."

"My house is 20 years old. We recently had a torrential rainstorm. Sitting in my 2nd floor office, rain began leaking through the ceiling. I looked for a roofing company with a good reputation and called Wagner Roofing in Flemington, NJ. They were quick to respond and sent Mark out who climbed up on top of my roof and detected leaks in flashing around the vent pipes. He caulked all of them and even cleaned out my dryer vent. He gave me an estimate on a new roof but that was it. “No charge for today,” said Mark. He never tried to sell us anything or scare us. His honesty and integrity were so refreshing that I was a little shell shocked initially, and so impressed I decided to go for a new roof anyway. The quote was right on the money, as well! They were about a month out but they arrived this week with a crew of 8. So organized! I have a pretty big roof with a few gables, but they got the entire job done from 7 am to 5:45 pm, working the cleanup in the dark. Foreman, Lito, was very helpful and made sure I was happy every step of the way. In my opinion, this is a company that should be patronized for your roofing needs!"
