"The owner tells you what you want to hear and so does his girlfriend/wife that takes all the calls, it went from being an $11,000 job to $35,000 and then would leave young guys unsupervised on the job that really did not know what they were doing, my house in some spots looks like a kid did the caulking down the seams, very sloppy, my yard was left a mess with nails, insulation particles, crumbled stucco pieces, cigarette butts, they also damaged the inside of my house from the outside by putting holes through the sheetrock, they did put new Sheetrock and did a sloppy spackle job, now I have to get someone to sand and paint, I called to complain to the owner and the girl that takes all the calls, I was told the owner would come to my home and never showed up. I could go on and on even after all of that but I am sure you get the message by now, awful company, I thought I would get a reliable and reputable company going through Angi, I was so wrong."

"Anthony Nastasi, hired by me to rebuild our decaying bay window, did a terrific job. When he came out to survey our prospective job, he listened closely to what we wanted, took notes, did measurements, and made suggestions. Later that day he sent my a proposal, detailing the materials and total cost of the project. Ultimately, the final cost was only about $300 more as additional material was needed. Mr. Nastasi worked a full day each day he was here. He also was honest and direct - he told me when he would arrive in morning, and he did. He told me when he had to complete another job so he might have to leave early or miss a day. Many Subs aren't professional enough to simply tell the truth. He always did. I am extremely happy with the quality of the work he did, the time frame in which he completed the job and, most importantly, how it looks. I would unequivocally recommend Anthony Nastasi to anyone. With over 18 years of experience, Royal Pro Construction, LLC, provides top notch roofing and masonry at affordable rates. We work in all of South Jersey and are more than happy to make the time to help you renovate your home. We specialize in all forms of roof installations and repairs from shingle roofing to flat roofing as well. We also have exceptional brick and stone installers to create beautiful chimneys walkways, driveways, patios and steps.
"Work started to replace the roof which meant removing the cedar shakes. This makes a mess but they were great about protecting the interior and cleaning up. In the course of the roof repair Eric identified the water leak as cracks in the chimney. The entire 98 year old chimney and fireplace were replaced, excellent workmanship. Next on that was replacing the crumbing steps to the side entrance and changing the layout so that you could walk to the back or front of the house. Then a siding job with Hardie Plank cement siding was decided upon. One day into the job Eric discussed the need to change the work to include stripping all the old siding, putting down new plywood, then the siding. Now into winter weather I can say that the previous drafts inside the house during windy weather are no longer present. The house is much more comfortable. The siding work was excellent, the house looks like new. Finally it was recommended to have stone placed below the siding instead of the painted cement wall. That and redoing the patio and walkway with bluestone were done. Masonry work is outstanding. In summary I would definitely recommend this company. Eric has good ideas, is quick to recognize if changes are needed. You can expect quality workmanship done in a timely manner. If you have questions Eric will get back to you quickly. I would like to add that they are very good about clean-up when the job is done."
