"Excellent. They came within the window of time they scheduled. The electricians were professional and courteous. They kept me updated during the process. They respected my home by putting down drop cloths and cleaned up after themselves to a very large extent. They repaired the walls with Sheetrock in the areas they cut Sheetrock out which was the deciding factor that made me choose Electric Power. Some companies do not repair walls after opening them up. Due to pandemic and heavy snow in Feb, he accommodated the entire estimate process with photos and FaceTime for an unconventional setup involving new sub panel in my garage 3. He was courteous in answering all my (some naive) questions about the estimate 4. His price is not the lowest, but he used industry grade NEMA 14-50 outlet not the cheap ones 5. He submitted the permit for me (so that we won't have any potential code issues if/when selling the house) 6. He followed up when the permit was approved 7. He showed on time, worked efficiently, and finished the installation within 3.5 hours (2 days later) 8. He did everything he said he would do and used all the materials he said he would use 9. The installation passed the inspection with flying color (inspector commented that "whoever did this did a neat job") 10. Last but not least, he is trustworthy and only took full payment after the pass of the inspection (no other HomeAdvisor contractors provided that kind of peace of mind) and provided one year of warranty on workmanship upon my request (which showed his confidence in his work and which I hope never have to use) => If you live in (central) NJ and need to install a home charging station for EV or PHEV, please don't decide on any contractor w/o getting an estimate from Ryan as well (even if with FaceTime)."
