"Mr. Miller (Bobby) is a great guy and as well a talented plumber. I’ve known him for at least 20 years now and I wouldn’t think to call a different plumber. He’s on time and responsible. He knows what he’s doing so that with some of these &0-90 year old houses you get someone who can make old and modern repairs. He’s neat and cleans up after himself. He’s also honest and will tell you the truth about what you may or may not need. His prices are competitive. I strongly recommend him to anyone who needs a good plumber. "Ken and Eric did a fantastic job of installing the shower surround. They were very meticulous and neat. Made sure everything was done correctly. As far as a luxury bath as a company, the management (Joe project manager) does not care about their customers. They only care about getting their money. They have a three day cancellation contract that nobody reads in the three days and if something is wrong, there’s no way they’ll cancel it they just want their money. They also do not have plumbers that are qualified to move pipes that are in the way so you have to pay more to get that done. Also, in the sales pitch, the salesman (Phil Mahran) tells you that if they find anything behind the existing walls, they can fix it, which is not true they can’t fix plumbing in the way. The company wouldn’t even help pay for the extra plumbing work that cost me $1700."
