"The owner of the company was the first to call me back, very personable and had good knowledge of pros and cons of different carpet and upholstery cleaning systems. I had read in books from an expert cleaner that a system that actually agitates your carpet is the best. This company does that. My carpets look much better than the last company I hired!! "Great ptos, they cleaned 3 of my carpets. I had some 10 year old stains on the carpets and they disappeared. The guys had to rearrange they living room when they took the carpets and they did it gently and professionally. the same when they put the carpets back"
