"We met with Sue tonight for a free estimate to improve our lower level office area and sitting area. We had carpeting previously and are now going with vinyl plank flooring as we plan to do some dog sitting in the future. We are a nonprofit organization and value, durability and aesthetics are important to us. We were impressed with the product selection but even more so by Sue's knowledge, pleasant professionalism and superb customer service skills. The estimate was very fair and we left a deposit tonight. I have no doubt that Sue's installers will be just as good doing the job as she did with us tonight to explain and go over everything. We have gotten estimates in the past for flooring and Sue's was by far the best and there was never a moment where there was any sales pressure. While Sue was here we were so happy with her services that we even had her measure and provide estimates for carpeting in three rooms that we were planning to renovate sometime down the road. We have already recommended Sue's company to a friend and will continue to do so. I am excited to see what the job will look like upon completion and will write another review soon."

"The cleaning results we got using the PowerPro team really blew my mind, WAY exceeded my expectations. Not only did they manage to restore my carpets and area rug to their former glory, but the difference in the air quality in our home is night and day. When Rich showed us what came out of the air ducts...what we were INHALING on a daily basis, we were APPALLED. The air in the house actually SMELLS clean, no more musty, dank dust and pollutants living in the air ducts, what a difference when walking into our own home. Next month we're having them back to clean the stained grout in the kitchen and bathroom tiles. Dealing with Rich and the team was an absolute pleasure, super courteous and accommodating. Will never use anyone else! Now if they only did WINDOWS....?"

"Love, love, love this company. They do a super-fantastic job in carpet cleaning. They're prompt, reliable and courteous. You don't need to look any further for a company to clean your carpets than this company."

"Premier Carpet is a great source for flooring. I purchased a high quality hardwood floor product from Premier Carpet at a terrific price and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I’ll be installing upstairs flooring in the near future and I know that I will go with Premier Carpet for great service and pricing."

"They did a good job I don’t understand why they left me the cut carpet: 3 bags"

"I recently used national rug cleaner's for carpet cleaning, and I couldnâ t be more satisfied with their service. From start to finish, their team was professional, friendly, and thorough. They arrived on time, assessed the condition of my carpets, and explained the process clearly. The results were outstandingâ stubborn stains that I thought would never come out disappeared completely, and my carpets now look and feel brand new. I also appreciated their use of eco-friendly products, which left my home smelling fresh without harsh chemical odors. I highly recommend national rug cleanersto anyone looking for reliable, top-quality carpet cleaning services.â"

"Either sales rep or installers should have identified the right padding or carpet height to replace existing materials. Instead I had to go through the house and paint almost every baseboard for the 1/2inch of void where past carpet hid old paint color."

"Voda Carpet and restoration is a Wonderful company! The technician that I had named Thomas did a beautiful job. He’s very kind and Knowledgeable and took pride in his work! I highly recommend them!"
