"The owner of the company was the first to call me back, very personable and had good knowledge of pros and cons of different carpet and upholstery cleaning systems. "Classic did a great job on a light colored carpet in a heavily used room. It dries without any residue and was safe for my very sensitive cat. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

This is the client's den area where the floors were refinished. There is a long list of major errors. Here it starts with dreadful sanding resulting in drum marks & edger digs, incomplete sanding, completely botched staining, and a horrible 'finished' product!
