They only recommended a replacement after they tried their best to initially repair. The work ethic is awesome as they went out of their way to do the job right. It was not an easy install and moving old parts out and bringing new parts in was done professionally. The team worked through the heat, took care of all details appropriately, and completed the entire job in a day with good quality. Hard working team and reliable delivery and high work ethics. Also did several follow ups after the work is done to ensure satistfaction."

In both cases, he discovered and patiently explained upgrades and replacements, which he performed expertly. He also answered all of my questions with care – including the dumb ones – and explained the charges clearly. Zach didn’t try to upsell me anything unnecessary – he did what he needed to do and didn’t do what he didn’t need to do. "Cory and his team (Don) were professional from beginning to end and no task was too much. My initial call was about just installing an outlet and running ethernet cable to 2 rooms. But while talking he said he would hang up the tv as well as long as I had a bracket, which was amazing! I really thought I was going to have to do that myself or find a handyman for such a small project. Needless to say it took them less than an hour to install the outlet and hang the tv. The ethernet cable seemed to be more of a challenge due to my homes older construction but they made it work and I am absolutely thrilled with the final product. (It was also pouring that day and Cory was down in our crawl space which required him to be outside for short periods of time without complaint) Would definitely hire them again!"

"HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! We just had a French drain installed along with a new sump pump and pit in our basement and had the floors epoxyed afterwards. The project manager, Kenny, was absolutely amazing. From the very beginning he explained everything that their team would be doing, gave me updates throughout the day. If I had a question or concern Kenny was patient with me and continued to make sure any questions/concerns were addressed, even telling me to call him if I thought of any other questions. Their crew was very respectful of the property by making sure to lay out tarps to protect the floors, and made all attempts to manage the noise since we were home. Whatever was left in the basement they made sure to cover and protect. And if something needed to be moved they moved it and moved it back. When it came time to lay down the epoxy there was a scheduling hiccup. Kenny though went out of his way to make it right by coming right after another job and staying late to make sure we're stayed on schedule since I was having out of town guests coming that weekend and needed access to the basement. Working with Select Basement, but especially Kenny, made this one of the best experiences and I highly recommend them. 10 out of 10!"
