This fantastic company also closed in my screen house for the rain & possibly snow cold winter months with this beautiful design of Plexiglass. His team also completed odd jobs of installing two door bells, replaced damaged tiles in my kitchen & installed tinting sheets on four kitchen windows which I love. "I hired Top of the Line to do snow & ice removal for my entire property which entailed a full length driveway, front porch, backyard, deck & full patio plus the sidewalk. I contacted them almost a week after the recent big snow storm that left 2 feet plus the added snowfalll a few days after which added another 6" on top. The wait complicated conditions by adding a thick layer of ice on top of the snow mounds plus a layer underneath on the ground. I could barely move in my backyard with the amount of snow & dreaded even going outside when it all turned to ice. It was a difficult & challenging job that they made look easy. Matt & Alex were diligent, extremely hardworking & very professional. Plus, they're respectful, polite & friendly. These gentleman worked really hard not cutting corners but got everything done so quickly. They were very thorough & meticulous, cleared everything, took it all right down to the blacktop plus salted literally everywhere. They did an excellent job that exceeded my expectations. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Matt & Alex. They came to my rescue & saved me a lot of aggravation. I will definitely be using Top of the Line Lawn, Landscaping & Property Mgmt again & in the future for all my property maintenance needs. I would highly recommend them. Oh, and their prices are very reasonable, to say the least. I'm a happy satisfied customer."

"Worst service I’ve ever have experienced. They wanted to sell me the product, never told me that there was an early termination fee and another penalty for an initial offer they gave me. Had double charges every month, once for the oil they provided (which they never told me they were going to provide before coming. They just came without my knowledge and then I find a high amount bill) and another for an “automatic payment” for 500 that they never could explain. The didn’t even fix this issue and it kept happening every month even after I cancelled the service. Then having to call them is a hastié for the refund of the 500. Stay away of this company"

"WARNING: DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE! To start, we got a free quote on May 4th for a concrete patio. They seemed to know what they were doing and gave us the best price, so we went with it. We should have known cheaper never means better. We gave them a deposit and they told us that the remainder would be due at completion, however, each time they were here, they asked for more money to be given. From the start communication and scheduling was very difficult. It took us awhile to get in touch with Vinnie and to get them to come out to do the work. They would say they would come on X day, then they wouldn't show until a few days later, however, we continued to give them the benefit of the doubt and were beyond patient with them from start to finish. Come pour day, which wasn’t until the end of May, they hired only 2 workers, which we later found out, were not “real masons” They poured the cement and only finished half of it. They left that day with a whole cement slab in our backyard with only half of it “finished” They said they would come back the next day to complete it. Cement patios are supposed to be done in one shot- monolithically, or they will crack. They didn’t show the next day to finish. Days go by and still they did not come back to finish it. So now we have a dried cement unfinished slab in our backyard. We then realized that they poured it against the foundation of our house with no expansion joints, which is not up to code. The few days that passed, it rained a lot and we had huge puddles on the patio- even on the “finished” side- just shows you that they did not know what they were doing and it was completely uneven. Truly unhappy with how things were going, we requested them take out the cement slab, clean the cement that was all over our siding, plant new grass where they killed our grass, and most importantly, refund us our money. At the time, they agreed, but it took FOREVER to get any work or money back. Come June 8th, they finally came back to take out the patio, they took out half of it and refunded half of our money. They also never showed to clean our house and replant grass seed like they promised, but at this point, we just wanted our money back. It is now July 18th and after being ignored by Vinnie for weeks and weeks, we had to threaten them with a lawyer, and complaint to BBB and Federal Trade- and it wasn’t until we did that, that they finally sent us the reminder of our money back. I would also like to add that Eric, the “salesperson” as he called himself was nice to us, but VERY rude to his workers that they hired to do work. He would yell at them and we overhead many racial comments he would say to them and it made us feel super uncomfortable. Again, save yourself and do not hire these frauds."
