She was excellent throughout the process of designing the whole remodel and making suggestions for the selection of appropriate materials and appliances. This is our first kitchen renovation. We had multiple questions and changed our minds about what we wanted multiple times! Jaclyn was always patient with us, very generous with her time and accommodating. The final design is gorgeous! We are eager to see the finished product that will be delivered by Monks Home Improvement."

"The exterior door installation went well and was completed on time. Ryan’s helper called out and did not come the day the job was scheduled but Ryan was still able to complete the job as scheduled, alone. We decided to use Indigo because Ryan was more knowledgeable about door installation and the types of doors available that we could purchase. His estimate included plans to carefully remove our relatively new storm door so he could re-install it after the new exterior door was finished. "Ed and Jaime basically set us up in our new home! It would have been challenging to accommodate all the things Legacy did for us through another contractor. Their work is great but above all they are just solid reliable people you can trust. I appreciate Ed’s honesty and professionalism in ensuring all the moving pieces get done. I had the opportunity to hire few other contractors for separate needs and Legacy stood out in their commitment to do right by their customers and more importantly their own people as well. Overall just a great bunch of guys who love what they do and it shows in their performance."

"Santo has now completed the replacement of all doors in our home. Which looks so beautiful and makes our home more up to date and provides such a clean look. Santo installed a new hard wood floor in our entire main floor level. He went to the flooring store to help us pick out the flooring and he was able to advise the flooring rep of exactly what flooring and materials were needed to complete the job. He built valances for our kitchen windows, patio door, and hung the new blinds for us which look fabulous. In addition to providing more storage space for us, he built a coat rack and shelf for my husband's hats in our basement. Saved us space and it looks great as well as being very functional. He built a covering made of wood and placed it around the base of our fireplace to hide speaker wires and it is simply beautiful. Santo is excellent in all that he does and is an expert woodsmen. He is very flexible and will work with your schedule. I HIGHLY recommend him for whatever your home repair needs are. Our friends and family are always complimenting the transformation he made to our home."

"Carlos Dominguez shows no respect to his customer. It is unprofessional - and totally unacceptable - to not answer my emails, telephone calls, text messages. He walked away from my kitchen remodeling project after my email, where I expressed unhappiness with the quality of work, expecting more from someone who has 95% five-star rating. In three and a half days of work there were multiple mistakes in plumbing: including selecting the wrong PVC fittings, not installing the roof vent flashing properly, and drilling oversized holes in the studs violating the building code. Similarly - ignoring the manufacturer's installation manual - he shows up with the wrong duct size for the kitchen exhaust. It must be embarrassing to face criticism from a homeowner, who seems to know more, or care more about things getting done right. His answer: sending a check back without any word, claiming full credit for unfinished, uninspected work. No discussion. Is client satisfaction is the number one goal?"

"This is an overdue review. I hired Bernie and his team for a kitchen remodel in June 2021, after he did an excellent job with my three bathrooms in 2020. The kitchen remodel was also excellent. His works are efficient, hardworking and clean. My remodel took two weeks, as he had quoted and for the exact price he had quoted. I would hire him and his team again and I referred them to a coworker for her bathroom project. She was also very pleased with their work."
