"Wayne H is correct with everything he stated, we did have a good relationship and he is a nice customer to work for. I did indeed allow his call-back to slip as at the time I had a lot going on with work and personal life. These things happen and everyone in our business does their best to provide their services. I do feel it's unfair to question my ethics based on my circumstances at the time that he had no knowledge of which led to a failed call-back, that is the only wrong that was done to Wayne. But Wayne is entitled to his opinion and I'm sure it being an emergency did not help. I am glad he was able to get his emergency under control. I would also not hesitate to work for Wayne if he ever so wanted in the future. For reference, I believe this occurred in the fall of 2022, so yes some time has past since his comment."
