"It was an amazing transformation! Everyone involved was great to work with including the nicest sub-contractors for electrical and plumbing! I recommend BAS Mechanical for renovations. They put me in touch with the best tile, countertop & cabinet design professionals who made my decisions stress-free. I will definitely hire them for my next renovation project! They are the best!"

"We had the most wonderful experience with this company. We desperately wanted our basement finished before the arrival of our second child. Misael got it finished even faster than we anticipated. We couldn’t be happier with how it came out. The price was exactly what was discussed (no hidden costs in the end). We would hire him in again in a heartbeat to do any home renovations."

"It went very well. They were very professional. The owner was honest and fair. The workers are very trustworthy that I could leave the house when they were inside. I could go and run errands while they are in my house doing the job. It was an excellent product of work. They did a really good job. Like the design that he came up with and all the products and everything they used were good. The finished product was excellent. It was a great price. They were and honest fair."

"We are thrilled with the renovation of our basement. Dan, the project manager, organized and oversaw the subcontractors so that no time was lost during the renovation. We were amazed that a project of this size was completed in 4 weeks given that they had to demolish an existing basement from the 1970s. Mario, the main carpenter, was pleasant, a talented and hard worker ,and could picture and execute solutions to complicated design issues posed by the existing systems of our house. We love the outcome which is peaceful and harmonious. The quality of all the materials used was excellent and ideal for a basement. We would highly recommend Lux Renovations."

"After looking around for couple of months & being tired of doing so, we finally nailed down on the Basic Basement Companies for our basement finishing project and boy was it a great decision or what! We did not want a cookie-cutter design & wanted it done our way with the highest degree of quality but also in a quick time frame. I must mention here that they checked all the boxes & more...they were really top-notch through the entire gig! We started the project in Feb 2020 but had to stop soon due to the COVID-19 situation. They were so accommodating & told me to call them back whenever I feel comfortable to restart the project. I called them sometime in late June/early July and within a week they were back. The speed of execution, the co-ordination & the project management is second to none. Here are some highlights - - Let’s start with Todd, the sales guy who gave me the best price but more importantly explained everything so patiently as I had a few specific requests. - Next up Gail. I would just use one word for her - ROCKSTAR! She is truly one of the best people I have worked with & knows how to help and please customers. From scheduling their crew to come in per my accelerated request to scheduling the inspections, she was a one-stop-shop for anything & everything. - Finally Bob, the Project Manager. He is probably the smoothest operator I have come across & ensures his customers understand every step of the process and works with his customers until they are satisfied. One other key thing that I'd like to call out is that they have different teams for different kinds of work (that helps with the expertise & precision of every job) but everyone came with the required PPE to ensure safety during these unprecedented times. I highly recommend Basic Basement Companies for any remodeling projects that anyone might want to do in their respective homes."

"Inson is an excellent person to work with. He puts in the time to make sure that he understands what you want and then is able to translate that into incredible design work. Every single person who has entered our apartment post-reno has commented on how amazing it looks. We were very lucky to find him and benefit from his expertise as well as the great contractor and team of builders he works with. Also, when he says he comes in on time and on budget, he means it - we had a very tight window for renovation and everything was finished on time as promised. Highly recommend."

"Joe came out and took measurements of the property. He started sending drafts to us shortly thereafter. He was patient with us through al of our design choices and changes and was able to get EXACTLY what we wanted to fit in our existing space. I am a disabled Veteran with a disabled little one and he took into account all o the needs that we would have in the new space and also suggested small changes to improve accessibility and function in the new spaces."

"Steve and his team did a great job remodeling my bathroom. I was very pleased with the outcome."
