"Service was excellent; the arborists lived up to their name - friendly. The person who came out to quote the job was quick yet thorough and gave me some advice on some trees gratis (trees not part of the contract.) they arrived 30 minutes late - outside of a 12:00 to 2:00 window. But the quality work they did made up for that one glitch. I will definitely hire them again next time my trees beg for a clip and trim."

"This is my second time with this tree company. For some reason didn't find them in Angie's list, but fortunately found their phone number in my phonebook (saved the last time). The estimate was a little bit cheaper comparing to others (I used 4 companies to get a truly transparent picture of what needs to be done and prevent upselling). Surprisingly to me, none of the companies tried to upsell; their recommendations were the same (up to some extend). At the end, decided to go with BJ's, mostly because of the prior positive experience. The work was done next business day after my call (they even offered same day services, but I was unable to accommodate). The work was done in less than 2 hours! Everything was cleaned after. "We noticed one very large dead tree on our property, right near some power lines.  Contacted Amazing Tree and Mauricio came the same day to look at the job.  He showed us that the tree was actually hollow from a carpenter ant infestation and advised that the work should not wait too long to be done as the tree posed a real danger.  He said he would not advise us to wait more than two weeks to get the job done.  We agreed.  He gave us a good price and said he would be back within the two week period to do the work. 
Two days later we learned that we would need to be out of town for a few weeks.  I called Amazing Tree and spoke to Mauricio's wife and told her of our dilemma and that we would be away.  The following day Mauricio left a message on our home phone saying not to worry and that the job would be done soon and he would be in touch when we returned.  I returned the call and left a message that they could call our cell and I would be happy to provide a credit card number by phone.  I did not hear back from them.
We arrived home three weeks later to find that all the work had been done perfectly.  I called and left a message for Mauricio to let him know that we were very pleased but wanted to pay him for the work.  He stopped by a few days later to pick up payment and said he wasn't worried about getting paid since he had done a job for us previously.
This is a fine contractor who is responsive and trustworthy and does quality work.  It is our pleasure to recommend him again.
