"The owner of the company was the first to call me back, very personable and had good knowledge of pros and cons of different carpet and upholstery cleaning systems. I had read in books from an expert cleaner that a system that actually agitates your carpet is the best. This company does that. My carpets look much better than the last company I hired!!
