There are still some food stains that were not removed. They attacked these spots with stiff brushes and it looks like the carpet is damaged there. Summary: Not bad at this price point, but next time I will opt for steam cleaning. This chemical process doesn't seem very effective."

My carpets were very stained (pets) and they applied two types of stain fighter and then shampooed the carpets. The carpets looked much better and were dry within two hours.
