Top Job Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

My off white sofa actually looks dirtier than it did before it was ?cleaned?. I left a message that I was unhappy and received no response. It wasn?t filthy to begin with, just a little grimy looking at the edges. Now there are dark shadowy spots (from the ScotchGuard?) visible on the seating areas.

Was on time. Very friendly, explained about the cleaning process. Got the work done â ï¸

Having white carpet can be a challenge. Mike met that challenge and the carpet looks great. I have recommended Top Job to my neighbor and family.

Mike did an excellent job explaining in detail why the method he was using was best for the material on our sofa. He was very detail oriented while doing the job. He called later in the day to ask how the sofa was looking and to remind us to alternate the position of the cushions to expedite drying. I will hire him again if the need arises again.

The owner of the company was the first to call me back, very personable and had good knowledge of pros and cons of different carpet and upholstery cleaning systems. I had read in books from an expert cleaner that a system that actually agitates your carpet is the best. This company does that. My carpets look much better than the last company I hired!! Will definitely have him work on others in my home!!

VERY COMPLETE AND THROW JOB!

I had never used this company before, but I was drawn to their 5-Star rating on Home Advisor. I could not have been happier, and I will never use another carpet cleaning company other than this one. The team of Michael and Cassie were very professional, worked non-stop on cleaning my stairs and finished basement plus some area carpets, and left no messes when the job was done. Their pricing was fair, but the quality of their work was superb! Best contractor choice I have made in some time, and I would recommend them highly because they have earned their 5-Star rating.

He deals with odor coming from mildew and he was really able to go in and extract smells. I rented a rug doctor and tried to do it on my own, made it worse. He came in, very thorough on the phone. Very prepared when he got her, becasue we talked so much on the phone. He used the proper amount of chemicals on the carpet. He also removed spots off my carpet. He was masked up and courteous to the pandemic as well. He called up a couple time afterwards to make sure there are no smells and everything was going to plan.
