Art works hard at ensure the job is getting done correctly and to the expectations of the homeowner. We were in communication throughout the entirety of the project which made it easy to adjust or change plans as needed. One thing that impressed me was halfway through the project we sat down, took out the original quote he gave us, and we went through it together. He identified what was already paid for and what remained and wanted to make sure we were staying as close to budget as possible. "didn't like that they came for an estimate and then when the contractor came he didn't know what needed to been done. the estimate was off . was given a range of 450.-750.00 the contractor had to remeasure all of the things i wanted done and then had to go purchase the materials which i was paying by the hour, i felt like the initial estimate should have given him the required information so that he could show up at the job site with the materials."
