"It's never easy picking your contractor. You have to do your homework. Arthur's "homework" got an A+! He went the extra distance by responding ASAP, coming to our home, giving suggestions on design, really listening to us and providing us with itemized costs the next day. Our ceiling to floor bath renovation included the removal of a hall closet to enhance the length of the vanity and shower. The end result is an amazing transformation. Our new bathroom is like stepping into a luxury spa! All aspects of our renovation were handled by skilled tradesmen who had solid work ethics and focused attention to detail. "didn't like that they came for an estimate and then when the contractor came he didn't know what needed to been done. the estimate was off . was given a range of 450.-750.00 the contractor had to remeasure all of the things i wanted done and then had to go purchase the materials which i was paying by the hour, i felt like the initial estimate should have given him the required information so that he could show up at the job site with the materials."

"I was looking to completely remodel two of my bathrooms (demolition job). I hired Belmax (Maksim) based on reviews and the estimate for the projects (i.e. $15K). I could not have been any happier with the work that Max and his guys performed. Max is very professional, detail oriented, and the quality of his work is EXCELLENT. Living in my house for over 15 years I have never been more satisfied with a contractor. He is very transparent and trustworthy, keeping me informed of any decisions/deviations from the original plan. The project took slightly longer than expected but not due to any fault of the company. There were some "unexpected issues" with the main bathroom that caused the project to take slightly longer. Max and his team was here every day working. There was very good communication and he kept me updated throughout the entire project. "Sal amazed us. Hiring contractors is funny business. If you have an older home, you have probably had mixed experiences. Certainly everyone has heard, or experienced, a horror story. We've wanted to finish our attic and make an office for quite a while, and had a few false starts. I went to Angi's, quite honestly, out of desperation. Entered a description of work needed - didn't need to join - GREAT INTERFACE ANJI! Sal called me shortly after I posted, came over quickly, was great and understood our needs, so we hired him. Here's where the amazing things started happening. Sal shows up, on time and with the nicest crew. We can immediately tell we are in good hands. I talk to my wife, and we agree to ask Sal about several other issues around the house; rotting deck stairs, mold damage in the foyer from old leak, small plumbing headaches. Sal takes a look, says no problem, and gives us a good number. Now we not only have the attic space of my wife's dreams, but we can go into the holiday with ALL work done (understand we met Sal around Thanksgiving, and he did a lot of work.)
