Tom was fair and the customer service deserves a mention. Although I did recommend this company, I do wish that I required Tom to personally view the job, as I did everything over the phone with him. If you decide to use this company, you should ask for a plumber, to view the job site, prior to accepting a bid, things probably would have went smoother if that had occurred."
