SOURCE SYSTEMS, llc

Did a great job replacing micro inverters on an existing solar installation!

I needed 2 solar panels reattached as they were hanging by the wires. I received a phone call the same day the job was posted, the solar guy agreed to stop in two days later. The work was done in under one hour, very happy with the work performed.

Communication = above and beyond, Ian was/is extremely accessible and answers all questions. he has a lot of knowledge and experience in the solar energy world, and was able to both diagnose and treat my inverter issue, ordered and installed the replacement part, and helped me restore access to my monitoring system. Impressed. Definitely Recommend if you have an issue with your solar panels. Oh, and, he even went out of his way Not to try to sell me things I did not need, saying something like "I can install that for you if you want, but I don't think you need it at this time" -- you don't often see that kind of honesty / putting the customer first. A+

Came promptly, did the job. Courteous and helpful.

And was very courteous and professional. He answered all phone calls and followed up with me. He installed the new inverter and everything is back up and running. I highly recommend.

Ian and his crew were excellent! Very knowledgeable and professional. He told me more about my solar system than the company that installed it! They arrived and went right to work removing my solar panels, and once the needed work was done on my roof they came right back and reinstalled them! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work with their solar system!

Ian showed up when he said he would, diagnosed the problem and gave me a plan to fix it. I agreed and he picked up the replacement inverter and installed it professionally that day. Very happy with his work and timeliness. I would highly recommend his services.
