They did structural repairs and corrections since the previous framers botched up the house.  Terry was responsive and helpful throughout the whole ordeal. I would definitely recommend TMC Construction for general contracting issues. They do neat and quality work at a reasonable price. Also, it is a plus that he is aware and knowledgeable with the framing codes  Jersey City enforces. He made sure everything was done correctly for the framing to pass inspection.

His workers were prompt, neat, and very easy to deal with. The finished product is gorgeous. I got to pick out my plants and they helped me find things that would grow well in the space without a lot of work. The workmanship on the patio, fence and steps is top notch.
