I received a phone call about one minute after requesting a quote. The service was scheduled for a few days later between 4 and 6pm. I received a message at 5:45 saying they were running late, which I anticipated since we were probably the last appointment for the day. The guys arrived at 6:25 and were done winterizing the pool by 7. I am pleased with the service and would use them again. Thanks.
