"I had them do my concrete and railing for the front steps of a rental home back in 2021. It cracked and pieces started to fall off within a few months of the work being done. It took them months to come back and fix it, but the fix did not hold, and it fell apart again a few months later. I contacted them again, and they tried to claim I didn't have a warranty (which I did, and had a photo of). So they came back and fixed it again. But, then it again cracked and started breaking apart recently. So it's now been not even 2 years since I had the work completed and I already had to have them come back and do major repairs twice - and now I have to have them come again a third time. They just don't seem to be able to get their work done right."

"Called Luxury Rebuilding after 3 other roofers. 2 of theroofers tried to gouge me with roof repair, and the 3rd tried to sell me a new roof because they don't do roof repair. Luxury came right out. Saw the problem and gave me a very reasonable estimate. I had them do the job the next day. Very clean, quick and efficient. No leaks after their work. I will most likely use them when I decide to replace my roof in the next few years."
