He managed a full kitchen overhaul, including an addition that expanded the space and added a hallway—dramatically improving the home's flow. He also built a beautiful new deck, refinished the original oak floors, painted every room, and updated two bathrooms, including a custom shower with French stone tile. "Emile is a great contractor and I highly recommend him reservation to anyone looking to upgrade or do a home renovation project. He helped us renovate our primary bathroom (completely, down to the studs and completely changing the layout), created a main floor laundry room, and an extra bedroom. Emile provided a comprehensive estimate, which was accurate, and he finished the entire job within the agreed upon time frame within the estimate. His crew were complete professionals, polite, and did excellent work. We could not be happier with the results and our new spaces. The rooms are beautiful. He went above and beyond in all respects, even when I decided to make changes to the design along the way, he was able to roll with them and told me how much various options would cost and other pros and cons of those options (tiling the whole bathroom vs partial, heated floors or no, different types of fixtures, etc)."
