Dave was very responsive to our call and came on time as promised. He put a scope through the shower wall to look for signs of water leaking or damage and found none. He confirmed that the leak is not coming from the valves or any of the pipes. He showed me the missing grout between the tiles on the wall and the fiberglass base and believes that's where the water was going through into the basement below.
