They took care of everything (e.g., building permit) and arrived on the given date. The crew introduced themselves and explained what they were going to do. They cleaned up and you can't tell anyone was there. My lawn looks untouched but the watering is nearly perfect! They thoroughly explained the system controller so I understand the program and can easily modify it when I need to. I expected a lot from them and they exceeded my expectations. "The service for the big deal from Pennygreen for 149 for lawn aeration was real good. Everything was fine. They showed up on time. They did the job. It looked good. There were no additional costs. They charged exactly what they said they would charge you. The pricing is definitely an 'A' because I have another landscaping service that I have been using for other things but their price for aeration was way too high. They just recently quoted me again and knocked like 90 dollars off and they are still way too high. I know that it was a special and maybe not the ongoing rate but either way it was very good."

"I'll start off by saying that Right Way originally installed an interior french drain for us in 2003. Soon after we had our basement finished. From that time on we never had to worry about a flooded basement. It was a big job and they were awesome! When our sump pump started making noises last week, I called in the morning and Al came out that day. He fixed our issue then had another installer came back out the following day to install a new backup system. I would highly recommended these guys!

"The service was scheduled twice after they did not show the first time at the appointed hour. The second day, they came, but about 2-3 hours later than planned. The 2 man crew worked hard and put in more time than the deal I purchased required, but the work was not especially good. My hedge is ragged and uneven, and the shrub trimming was uneven and will have to be corrected by me. Clean up was promised, and I do have about 10 huge black bags of debris to dispose of (deal does not include taking away the debris), but I also have a large pile of clippings that were not bagged, and an area of the front lawn that was not raked or cleaned up at all. I will have to even up the trimming myself, and clean up the areas left undone. The guys were hard working and the boss was friendly and apologetic about the hedge condition, but it seems that they don't really know how to do this work."
