We have been using Evergreen Landscape for our condo landscape upkeep as well as them helping us to adhere to storm basin regulations. They have also given us innovative and creative ideas on landscaping ideas and maintenance. They have been extremely responsive and knowledgeable and their pricing model is very fair. We have also have them complete our winter maintenance of snow and ice. We would fully recommend them to any business or individual.

Everyone at Evergreen LMI really stood out for making the drainage project at our house so easy and for doing such a great job. Suzanne made the proposal and project set up very easy. And even though it was really hot the day of installation, Keith and his team worked straight through, and the quality of the work - - the way they matched the PVC pipe to the bottoms of the downspouts; the way they laid the lines and replaced and smoothed the sod sections, and then watered - - was first rate! I would recommend Evergreen Landscaping to anyone.

And Jay continues to visit me, to service my concerns on a couple of plants that did not take (live) after being planted in Oct. Very competitive pricing too!

Evergreen Landscape did a great job. They very gently regraded the yard and installed two dry-wells. When completed, they sodded everywhere they dug. Except for the two small drain grates you'd never know they were there! The night they completed the work we had 2 inches of rain. Evergreen's foreman stopped by the following morning to make sure the backyard drainage issue was resolved. It worked perfectly. I would highly recommend them.

The only landscape service that offered a remedy that did not require an outside pump. Very fast start once the proposal was accepted. The entire crew was efficient and neat. Highly recommend.

"Hi [Member Name Removed], I am very sorry that you feel this way. We have mowed your property for three years never once raising your price. We have always show up on your scheduled day UNLESS it rained. We must have done something good as you referred your son/daughter and two neighbors to us. Which we were very thankful for. We have one mowing crew and they were working from 7:00 am to 8:00 sometimes 8:30 pm...which is way too much for one crew to handle. We tried to add new lawns to mow to create the need for a second mowing crew but we were just unable to get there. It is next to impossible to hire a mowing crew to only work two days a week. We pride our selves in our work and we noticed that the crew seemed to be rushing through the lawns this season as they had too much on their plate and not enough hours in the day. Our employees well being is very important to us along with the level of service and attention that each customer deserves so we made the business decision to reduce our number of mowing clients. We decided from a business standpoint that we would continue to only mow our full service clients. Never once did we ask you or any other customer to up your services in order to stay on as a customer. Thank you again for your past patronage and we wish you well. Regards, Suzanne"

Evergreen is fantastic and I will continue to use their services for all add’l work. Evergreen especially Keith have been wonderful from the start. Keith helped sort out a big disaster of a yard (after another company’s careless work left the outdoor space unsafe and in terrible condition ). He was extremely kind, diligent, and professional to work with. Keith was fantastic when explaining the job and working onsite with my tenant at this rental property. My tenant was equally as impressed with Keith and would provide an “A” rating as well. As a land lord, hearing that my tenant was extremely happy with the work was pretty much priceless Thank you Kieth and Evergreen Landscaping !!! Job well done

I live at the bottom of 4 hills and have a natural underground spring in my back yard. Between the storm water runoff from up hill and the spring underground, my backyard was a 24/7 swamp. I called a couple of different landscape companies. None of them wanted anything to do with it. One of the companies even told me that I needed a land development engineer. No way was I going to call an engineer. I called Evergreen and Keith came out. He looked at the situation and it didnt seem to phase him at all. He was the first guy to come out whose eye balls didnt pop out of his head. He got back to me with a fair price and was able to start a few days later. He installed lots of stone and pipe. Regraded the yard and planted new seed. Keith literally drained my swamp. I never in a million years would think that I would ever have to water my backyard. I have to water it every night now. I would definitely recommend Evergreen for your landscaping and drainage needs.

As always, it was done well without any intervention by us. They are knowledgeable and able to maintain a native garden and weed it, which is not an easy tasks since many people don't know an invasive weed from a native wildflower.

I've used Evergreen for many years at 3 different houses. Jay and crew are great. Excellent communication, design ideas, and suggestions. They are quick and meticulous. I had them do a total rip out and redesign of the front yard at one house for which they had to remove several overgrown bushes, regrade, and replant. I also had them install a privacy fence across the back yard and a short split-rail fence with gates at both sides of the house. At the 2nd house I had them completely regrade, fill, reseed and fertilize my disaster of a back yard (It took more than 6 dump trucks worth of fill). They also built a 2 tier retaining wall along the 40 ft. driveway and another stacked stone retaining wall along a sloped part of the back yard. The back yard went from a patchy, rut-filled, weed-infested disaster with several rotten stumps to a level green playground when they were done. Along the way I've also had them do fertilization treatments, aeration and over-seeding, spring and fall cleanups, and cuts. We're now on house 3 and getting started all over again. I won't use anyone else. Highly recommended.
