"If I could, I would give this horrible service provider a 0.0! I scheduled a plumbing appointment on a call, which was confirmed via multiple texts the day prior to the appt. Then had an employee go to the location during the 4 hour window they specified and wait for the plumber. On the day of the appt, 1 hour into the time window someone calls and says, sorry we’re not going to go because we only do residential plumbing. This was a surprise, as it was communicated to them that this was a business when I had set up the appt. So, I decided to speak with a manager. After spending over an hour of being bounced around from one dept to another, asking for a manager, they never connected me to one and their dispatcher had the audacity to say “sorry for your inconvenience, but you’ll just have to find someone else.” WOW! The hoops they make you jump through and the rudeness is not worth the hassle. I would definitely recommend you find a different plumbing pro for your project!"

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. "WARNING: DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE! To start, we got a free quote on May 4th for a concrete patio. They seemed to know what they were doing and gave us the best price, so we went with it. We should have known cheaper never means better. We gave them a deposit and they told us that the remainder would be due at completion, however, each time they were here, they asked for more money to be given. From the start communication and scheduling was very difficult. It took us awhile to get in touch with Vinnie and to get them to come out to do the work. They would say they would come on X day, then they wouldn't show until a few days later, however, we continued to give them the benefit of the doubt and were beyond patient with them from start to finish. Come pour day, which wasn’t until the end of May, they hired only 2 workers, which we later found out, were not “real masons” They poured the cement and only finished half of it. They left that day with a whole cement slab in our backyard with only half of it “finished” They said they would come back the next day to complete it. Cement patios are supposed to be done in one shot- monolithically, or they will crack. They didn’t show the next day to finish. Days go by and still they did not come back to finish it. So now we have a dried cement unfinished slab in our backyard. We then realized that they poured it against the foundation of our house with no expansion joints, which is not up to code. The few days that passed, it rained a lot and we had huge puddles on the patio- even on the “finished” side- just shows you that they did not know what they were doing and it was completely uneven. Truly unhappy with how things were going, we requested them take out the cement slab, clean the cement that was all over our siding, plant new grass where they killed our grass, and most importantly, refund us our money. At the time, they agreed, but it took FOREVER to get any work or money back. Come June 8th, they finally came back to take out the patio, they took out half of it and refunded half of our money. They also never showed to clean our house and replant grass seed like they promised, but at this point, we just wanted our money back. It is now July 18th and after being ignored by Vinnie for weeks and weeks, we had to threaten them with a lawyer, and complaint to BBB and Federal Trade- and it wasn’t until we did that, that they finally sent us the reminder of our money back. I would also like to add that Eric, the “salesperson” as he called himself was nice to us, but VERY rude to his workers that they hired to do work. He would yell at them and we overhead many racial comments he would say to them and it made us feel super uncomfortable. Again, save yourself and do not hire these frauds."
