Gary informed us thoroughly about our dryer as well as other dryers that we may potentially acquire. He also advised us that the fix might be temporary and what to do if it happens again.

Gary arrived promptly at the agreed time, was courteous and professional. The issue was quickly identified and the part swapped the same day.

When our Maytag washing machine stopped draining properly, we called Appliance Pros. Gary responded right away and was at our home the same day we called. We have used him for other major repairs for our dishwasher, our stove and our dryer so we know the quality of his work. He took the time to explain to us what the problem was and then he repaired it. He always cleans up after his work and is very professional. We would never use anyone else.

This is the second time we have used Appliance Pros. Both experiences were excellent. Gary arrived on time and explained everything very clearly. He repaired the problem. We would certainly use him again.
