"Angel and his team did a first class job of building a beautiful screened in porch on our existing deck, including the necessary structural work underneath. We spoke with multiple contractors and ZZEOS were the most knowledgeable and detailed oriented. We were so impressed with the porch, we had the finish off around the bottom of the deck. "Mike came out to do the estimate and was honest about the condition of the decks.  He told me that they would complete some minor repairs, powerwash, and then stain the decks.  They powerwashed on Friday and came out on Monday to do the staining.  Originally, one color was going to be used but after seeing a sample left by Mike, we changed our minds and his wife and son were willing to go to Home Depot with me and pick out a different color at no additional charge.  They stained both decks in one day and the job looks great.

"I don't think he did a great job on trimming and stuff though. I was going to have them for the whole yard. It was supposed to be yard work and tree trimming or lawn maintenance but then I don't know what happened but then again he stopped by and since we didn't get any one to do the work, we had him do the trimming. I wouldn't have it done by him again. I thought the pricing was kind of expensive for what he did. They just stopped by, I guess it was a Saturday and they were looking for something to do so I decided for them to go ahead and do it and being that he had all these people in there for landscaping I thought hey did a great job but we weren't happy with the trimming at all. They were very nice, it's just that I don't think they have the people to be able to do the good job. We've had trimming before and the people did a fabulous job."
