"I originally found Mark on Angie's List, with all the great reviews, I had to check him out.  I am a first time home  buyer and Mark helped me with weighing my options with FHA or Conventional.  We ended up going conventional with 5% down, which saved us a lot of money.

"Excellent! This was my second time using MTL Contracting and once again I am 100% beyond pleased with the services rendered. Matt did an amazing job pressure washing my house and gutters. He also installed gutter guards which look amazing. He was able to color match the roof shingles with the guards. My dryer was not working properly so Matt suggested to clean the duct work and what we found was amazing, it's amazing the house didn't catch fire prior to the cleaning. The dryer works perfectly now, like it's brand new! I will definitely be calling MTL Contracting again for more work around my home this Spring!"

"Took along time , do to Covid impact. Signed contract 10/05/2020, finished job 04/12/2021. Material shortages from Trex held up project, as well as winter weather. Owner Dave did much of the work, was polite, understanding, listened well for customer input. Left job site neat, clean everyday. Dave's other worker Ron was on site as well, to finish up detail work, for a complete neat & professional job. Would recommend to any one who could use there services. Good Value for work done."

Rob and a helper arrived on time. Rob reviewed the job and honored the estimate he had given and also applied an Angie's List coupon. I had supplied the faucet and Rob supplied the supply lines and valves. Entire job was done in 45 minutes and it was done very professionally. I was extremely pleased with Rob's work as well as his friendly demeanor. At my request Rob provided a referral for another job I needed done in the house.

"I needed a few things done to the house. They were small jobs, however one (an emergency) was reattaching a pipe that had come loose. It was swaying in the wind and I was afraid it would pull off the house. Mark was referred to me and he fit me into his schedule the same day when I expressed my concerns. "Rightway Waterproofing is the company you want to come and waterproof your basement. I had initially set up a job looking for pros through Angie's List. I was contacted by Rightway Waterproofing via phone and email but did not respond as life happens. Well it rained really heavy again in August and I had more water in the basement. I reached out to them on a Friday and Albert contacted me immediately. They were able to come out on Monday to look at my property. Jake was thorough and friendly. He let me know what he thought we needed, explained everything thoroughly and gave us a quote which was completely reasonable. We accepted the bid and work was to commence on Thurs as they had an opening. Work was completed in one day. The area was kept pristine and they did an amazing job. The crew was courteous to my family. I could not recommend them more. I hope to have them out again at some point to finish my basement area as well. Try to keep in mind that during the season of covid many families are looking for ways to make more space in their homes or to have to home projects done. "Platinum Carpentry have done excellent jobs on our house. We have had several projects but the 2 main ones are the basement that was finished and now an open floor plan on our main floor (on target to complete over next 2 weeks). We have been very happy with them. The price is right and the quality of the work is great. They are very professional and responsive in all manners. We love our rooms they have done for us. I also appreciate Lisa's honest opinion around design and other aspects of the job. I'd hire them again for more work."
