The project went very smoothly. The work was done quickly and my new composite deck is beautiful. Best decision.

Took along time , do to Covid impact. Signed contract 10/05/2020, finished job 04/12/2021. Material shortages from Trex held up project, as well as winter weather. Owner Dave did much of the work, was polite, understanding, listened well for customer input. Left job site neat, clean everyday. Dave's other worker Ron was on site as well, to finish up detail work, for a complete neat & professional job. Would recommend to any one who could use there services. Good Value for work done.

They left us with leaking roof, ugly calk jobs,short roof so roof doesn't reach the gutter....gutters installed wrong...couple nuts,gutter away from the face board like 1/4 inch ,water leaks behind the gutter on the house wall...they promised multiple time they will fix the issues,never came back,been waiting 3 months....scam team!! Do not hire them!!! They even took my roofing rope, got it back after weeks ...paid for drip edge,not installed...I bought primed face board cause they wanted to use unfinished 1x4.....this company is scam...

I reached out to Dave to request a quote to have my roof replaced on my home (current roof had 23 years on it). Dave came out that afternoon, walked the house, and respecting social distancing, walked me through the project and the cost. Within a week permitting for rain Dave and the crew came out Monday morning, covered the shrubs and surrounding area, and got after it. Within 30 hours the roof was done and the rain came. The professionalism, attention to detail, and friendliness are simply unmatched and amazing. Blanca from the office helped to keep us informed. Just an amazing team. I would recommend them above all else. They were fair on the price and negotiated with me and I felt like it was a win/win. Dave was very thorough in his work along with his workers. Dave was often on site and would answer any questions that we had. when he wasn't on site he was easily reached via phone or email and had a great response time. The deck was very reasonable and price after getting several quotes from other contractors. The quality of the deck and the personalized bench that he made was amazing.

It went better than I expected! Sky Tech was recommended to us by our realtor who just had her roof replaced. I dealt with Blanca via e-mail when setting up appointments to get quoted and replace our roof, she was very helpful, polite, and responsive. Dave, the owner, came out to inspect our roof on a Saturday and sent me a quote on Monday. The quote was very detailed and extremely reasonably priced. I signed the quote, sent a check for half the quoted amount, and picked our shingle color. We were scheduled for the following Thursday. A pallet of supplies and materials were delivered two days prior. The Sky Tech crew arrived around 7:45 am and were finished with the job by 12 noon. They threw a netted tarp type of material around the entire house to catch all of the old roof shingles and other materials. Some guys were on the roof putting the new roof in place and some guys were on the ground cleaning up any materials that may have missed the tarp. Before leaving, they combed the perimeter of the house with a magnetic tool to pick up any nails or other metal objects. Dave, came by around 3:30 pm to inspect the completed job, take back any leftover roofing materials, and do a final scan of the property for any missed roof pieces or metal objects. He even nailed part of our soffit that had a little sag as well as removed a broken de-icer that was stuffed into the gutters from the previous home owners. Due to the structure of our house and property, we don't have the best vantage points to see our roof. I have attached a photo though of the new roof, best shot and angle I could get. I would and will definitely recommend Sky Tech for any roofing needs, as well as any other siding, window, or deck needs. I will definitely go to Sky Tech in 20-25 years when our roof needs to be replaced and when we decide to reside our house.

The project went very well, even though the weather was cold at times. The crew worked quickly, efficiently and skillfully. They cleaned up very well at the end of the project. Dave and Blanca were great at always responding to my questions through email or phone calls. They took care of every one of my requests.

Sky Tech did a great job. The wall of our sun room is at an odd angle and the old gutters were a drooping, undersized mess. Dave from Sky Tech fixed all the problems, sizing up the whole system and installing wedges to fix the angle. Dave also did an excellent job installing a gutter system on our previously gutterless garage and determining the best way to channel the water away In addition, Dave caught some problem spots and corrected these with flashing, definitely saving us from some future headaches.

I was in my attic and noticed daylight around the plumbing vent going through the roof. Also noticed water on the floor from recent rain. Called SkyTech and Dave came by to look at it within a few hours. Gave me a quote on the spot and came back to do the work the next day. I ended up needing two replaced and the price was for both. Prompt service, professional work and a reasonable price. What more can you ask for?

The owner Dave was very professional, prompt and conscientious. Estimate of the work to be completed was right on target. Having two excellent staff workers in the company office was a real plus when asking a question or getting any updates.The team of roofers did a fantastic job replacing our roof. They did not take any shortcuts. When needed they replaced plywood and did a very complete restoration of roof. They were on time, polite and hard working. I was apprehensive about such a big job on my home. Any anxiety on my part was quickly put to rest. Sky Tech from start to finish made this big job a piece of cake. No worries were needed on my part. My yard/property looked better after Sky Tech finished all of their work then when they first began!! I feel like finding Sky Tech was the best thing we could have done for our home since we bought it. We purchased our first home at the end of July 2018 and found we had to replace our roof a lot sooner than expected. Also, our deck wasn't properly attached to the house and had a bit of a lean. We chose Sky Tech because Dave was so detailed and thorough when we first met. He spent time answering all of our questions, telling us what was really urgent to fix and what could maybe wait a bit. Dave and his team worked so quickly when the roof was replaced that they removed 2 layers of old shingles, replaced a ton of plywood underneath and our 2 skylights all in 1 day. We had a water tight roof by the time they were done which we greatly appreciate given how it seems to rain heavily every 2 days up here. Dave then replaced all our gutters and leaders and added gutter covers a little later on some of the hottest days of the year. There were numerous times where we had to leave for appointments, work etc and everything was fine. Dave and his team took amazing care of us. If you compare the roof of our house when we bought it to what it looks like now, it's a remarkable improvement. The deck repairs went fast and were thorough. It needed a lot of additional support underneath it. He properly attached it to the house and reinforced it so now our deck (where our hot tub is located!) is now safe to use. We're so grateful to Dave, Jenna and everyone at Sky Tech. As soon as we save up the funds, we're going to hire them to redo the siding on the house. Thank you for everything!!!!

Dave and his crew were the consummate professionals. He showed when he said he would and provided contract, estimate and work date on the same day. His team came on a 100 degree day and finished the entire project in one day. He is also guaranteed & insured so it took the worry off of me. I had no idea how much of a mess a new roof creates on your property - not to mention the 100's of nails scattered everywhere - and every bit was removed (never found even ONE rogue nail) by the end of the day. Dave and I had also discussed an item to be done that his team did not complete. When I called to discuss with him, he agreed and sent his team out the next day to complete. I so respected his integrity, professionalism and courteous staff. His pricing was also completely fair. I never felt taken advantage of. This was thee second time we have used Sky Tech Construction. 24 yrs ago they put on a roof , siding and new gutters to our home. A few years ago a piece of trim came lose and Dave came right away and took care of it. So when we needed a New roof last November we called Dave again. He took care of everything and got us on the schedule very quickly. He and his crew were very efficient, professional and neat. Dave stands behind his work 100% and is always available if you call. Jennifer, who takes care of the office is very happy to help when you call also. We would recommend Dave Johnson and his company to any one looking for a top notch contractor and would use him again.

We had siding shingles that had deteriorated along the garage roof. The existing roof was 18 years old and showing lots of streaking and stains. Therefore we decided to have the roof replaced, along with the siding repair. Dave came out and gave us separate estimates for the siding repair and for the roof. Work began one week later. The old roof was removed. The new roof was installed the same day. It looks beautiful. Another crew came out a couple days later and replaced the siding shingles that had deteriorated. Sky Tech was highly professional. They covered the shrubs along the front of the house so that the debris from the roof would not enter the garden. At the end of the day, all was cleaned up. Our roof and siding now looks great.

The job was to remove existing roof, repair plywood rot, install full new roof with drip edge. The job was completed within two days. They were very organized and professional. All debris was placed in a dumpster and hauled away. We were very satisfied with the job.

He is very responsive and the price is reasonable compared with other contractors. We are very satisfied with their work.

Dave, the owner, is very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. After showing him the ceiling damage, he went up top on the roof, investigated and promptly diagnosed that there were several issues with the vent pipe, placement of shingles and flashing. He set up a date to come back and did all of the repairs himself very efficiently and cleaned up beautifully. I felt the price was justified considering all the work involved and our rooms have been bone dry since his careful work. Dave's office staff was also top notch. Couldn't be happier with the results. I recommend Sky Tech Construction highly and would gladly use them again in the future for roofing or any construction job.
