At a time when some contractors are out there trying to sell unnecessary services and products, Sean is an honest, consultative, helpful professional. He was able to identify problems with our existing sump pit and corrected them. He also identified the fact that the sump pit was not in the lowest point of our foundation and installed a second sump pit and pump there. After 2 storms dumped 7" in 3 hours and another that dumped 4" 2 days later, we'd had enough after 13 years. Sam and his crew did an excellent job - arrived on time and finished with quality product. House needed to lifted to remove sill plates and it was done professionally. Concrete placement was done with high strength concrete and rubberized flashing used on all pressure treated wood that was replaced. Galvanized nails and screws were used with pressure treated wood. And all cement shingles were replaced and sealed. Long days and quality work at a fair price. Home is now secure from water damage for the future."
