He had showed me what he had he was very knowledgeable very friendly and the following week he had came out and installed a r/o system showed the benefits of the system very affordable and was happy to answer any questions and it's nice to know the quality of water your drinking. It was a simple matter of adjusting the gas valve on the water tank, with instruction to put vents on the closet doors where the unit was housed. Although I questioned the service tech about a new water  heater, he assured me it was not necessary.  I know of other companies who would have jumped on that opportunity to make an unnecessary sale, so I can't say enough how much I appreciated the honesty!
