He had showed me what he had he was very knowledgeable very friendly and the following week he had came out and installed a r/o system showed the benefits of the system very affordable and was happy to answer any questions and it's nice to know the quality of water your drinking. "It was an easy fix. Provider came out at 7PM on a Friday night. It was a simple matter of adjusting the gas valve on the water tank, with instruction to put vents on the closet doors where the unit was housed. Although I questioned the service tech about a new water  heater, he assured me it was not necessary.  I know of other companies who would have jumped on that opportunity to make an unnecessary sale, so I can't say enough how much I appreciated the honesty!
