I think they could have taken more time to verify that > all fixtures were working properly after a water well change. we getting lots of murky water a long after replacement. We needed to clean out all toilet tanks, water softener, dishwasher, and ice maker. etc. . Having said that, I would recommend them for your water well service."

Scott Cullin, the sales tech was very accommodating with scheduling our initial appointment. He was on time, asked about our project scope, performed his water tests and made a recommendation based on the findings. He was not high pressure at all. I advised that I was getting competitive proposals and it would be a few days before I made a decision. Orbit's equipment is the most efficient, seems to be the best quality, and quite frankly had the best warranties. The installation went well. The installer removed old equipment and installed the new softener and filtration kit. He was in and out within the 3 hour time window specified. He answered all the questions I had for him during the installation. Once everything was done and cleaned up, he went through the operation with me, explaining how everything worked and what things to keep an eye on. Very good experience. "I left him a message and he called me back within 30 minutes. 45 minutes later he was at my house. I have waited days for other plumbers in the past. I hired him to unclog a drain but he quickly figured out that the drain was not the issue. My sump pump was not pumping water out of the house yet the sump pump was working. He found the issue and fixed it and could have been done but he went above and beyond he spent extra time to reconfigure the whole setup and replaced a part because of it's age, that was still working, at no charge. He didn't rush the job. He was meticulous when diagnosing the issue. Very professional. Very personable. And very reasonable pricing. I am hiring him again soo to do a much bigger job.
