"Hello Scott, I am deeply sorry that you did not have a great experience with us. I appreciate your feedback and would like to clarify some things. While we always strive to do things correctly and make sure that the client is happy with the final result the first time, it appears that it wasn't done to your liking the first time. I do see that we made an attempt to go out there and fix it so you are satisfied with the overall workmanship of the issue but I see here that you canceled the appointment to go out there. That call was scheduled was for a manager to go out there and make sure it was correct for you. With the plumbing issue, we had an HVAC technician out there to do the gas piping which was a sold estimate. While we were onsite the leak was determined to be on the connection of the water main meter. If the HVAC technician attempted to fix that issue he could have made it worse and would not have been well equipped to fix it or even at all. We strive to make sure every customer is taken care of and are always happy with the work we produce. If you would like I can still schedule the manager to come out and adjust that gas line for you."

While we like to have the same plumber return to fix their own mistake, if he cannot get it corrected the next step would be to have a manager come out. While these incidents are unfortunate we will always stand behind our work with at minimum a 1 year warranty against parts and workmanship defects. Therefore you are protected against having to fix it yourself, and we always would appreciate the opportunity to own our mishaps whether it is a material defect or not. Our phone number is always open 24/7 for you to reach us, and I promise you we will address the problem. I did put a call out to you after learning of your dismay. "Hi Steven, It is good to hear the tech was helpful, yet it seems like he ran into a problem or two. In speaking with your technician, this was the case, but with his technical abilities and some advisement he was able to work through the details and finish the job for you. We provide 52 hours minimum training a year for our technicians and you can rest assured this will be a topic of training soon.
