"From the time we gathered estimates, it became clear that Israel and his team were very detailed, and very through. While they were not the lowest cost company, we chose them based on the process they described, our confidence in them from the way they answered each question, and the many good reviews they already received. Outside of a few minor communication issues the first few days of their work, the process was very smooth. They arrived when they said they would, and the crew was extremely professional. Following the initial scraping/power washing/caulking process, a supervisor spent an hour inspecting the work and recommending small fixes before they applied the paint to the siding. The next day (on a Sunday, no less) Israel himself spent two hours performing the same inspection. At the same time, they were flexible enough to work with our schedules and changing preferences Israel brought samples for the front door three separate times before we finally selected a color. In the end, they saved us from the worries usually associated with a contractor: they showed up exactly when they said they would; they finished the job exactly in line with the estimated time frame Israel provided up front, and best of all, the house looks terrific.
