They did a excelent job with good attention to details. They were punctual, they were quick and thorough,and they did a great job of cleanup. I am very glad to have met Israel and his team.

From the time we gathered estimates, it became clear that Israel and his team were very detailed, and very through. While they were not the lowest cost company, we chose them based on the process they described, our confidence in them from the way they answered each question, and the many good reviews they already received. Outside of a few minor communication issues the first few days of their work, the process was very smooth. They arrived when they said they would, and the crew was extremely professional. Following the initial scraping/power washing/caulking process, a supervisor spent an hour inspecting the work and recommending small fixes before they applied the paint to the siding. The next day (on a Sunday, no less) Israel himself spent two hours performing the same inspection. At the same time, they were flexible enough to work with our schedules and changing preferences Israel brought samples for the front door three separate times before we finally selected a color. In the end, they saved us from the worries usually associated with a contractor: they showed up exactly when they said they would; they finished the job exactly in line with the estimated time frame Israel provided up front, and best of all, the house looks terrific. I would gladly use them again.

Five Stars did a great job. Israel called back within the hour of my first message, and was very flexible in coming out to look at the job. He listened well to what I wanted done, and his quote came broken down into the options I asked for (w/ and w/o sealer, and cost for deck work vs. cost for paneling work). He patiently walked me through the options and gave me more background on the choices. In the end we selected Israel and his team to do the whole job. The crew that arrived to do the work (4-5 man, depending on the day) was led by Jeff, and they did a great job protecting everything and doing the work. Israel did not work the job himself but was by several times to check on progress, including a final walk through before submitting the final bill. The final price was *exactly* what I was quoted. Upon completion of the work, there was some stain spots on the stone walkway around, and Israel sent the crew back out with solvent and buffer and removed them well, even after having received full payment. A terrific job, would hire again in a heartbeat.

Jr was punctual when coming over to provide me with an estimate. He got back to me promptly with cost, approximate start date, supplies needed and time work would take. They started on time and finished on schedule. They were neat and cleaned up as he went along. They got my house already for my 4th July party.
