"When we started our plan of remodeling, the first thing we did was the complete roof replacement including kitchen vent & duct pipe installation to the roof, and new installation of attic ventilation. MMP did not only completed it just as agreed but also very efficiently. The crews were friendly, professional, and careful. The jobs were carefully managed and implemented effectively. I was impressed by Matt, who is the manager, and he does an outstanding job in managing the crews and the progress of the situation, and the communication was clear and always to the point. We then moved to initiate a search for a contractor of two bathrooms remodeling after completing the roof and attic vent, MMP was one of the many candidates. Matt has had not only the best idea and proposals but also shown an impressive & professional sense of evaluating the project accurately, including the possible structural modification as well as a competitive estimate of the cost of the build. His proposal included a rebuild of a wall of the bathroom to expand another one adjacent to it. Matt accepted to use my schematic design image (made with a software tool) and a spreadsheet list of the fixtures that I created - as many as fifty items including TOTO, Grohe, American Standard, Panasonic, and IKEA - to start the job (later changed some of them due to local plumbing code compliance) After beginning the bathroom remodel project, Matt shared what jobs will be done with us timely and efficiently via text so that we feel comfortable enough in knowing what is going on while living in the house of dust & noise from remodeling. The crews, Zen and Mark, were very courteous, extensively experienced, reliable, and friendly with excellent communication, sometimes with songs of 80s rock music. They ask me when more precise specifications are needed and notified me when they feel advance notifications are required. When a change is necessary due to inspection, they informed me and clarified what and why. I have never felt uncomfortable in living together with the remodel job which has lasted over four months. The completed two bathrooms were stunning, just as I imagined. Matt, Zen, and Mark have proved their strong & thoughtful expertise and lived up with my request patiently until completion. Great job. A home remodeling project cannot be successful without having a trusted partner, and my experience with MMP has led me to be glad to share my confidence that MMP has a credential to become your reliable partner to manage a construction project together."

"My pressure treated deck needed replacement. I got 3 bids which I was considering but was told by a friend to check out Remodel or Renew. Mike Christopher, the Owner, came and asked me what was the main thing I was concerned about. I told him that I was looking for quality workmanship with top of the line Trex composite wood that wouldnâ  t require a lot of maintenance. He sat down with his IPad and designed exactly what I wanted. The design he made was like an actual picture of the finished product and the price was great which included the removal and disposal of the former deck. This is the first time Iâ  ve EVER reviewed a business that has done work on our home. They deserve it! First, their builders worked long hours and I observed them as they made sure every step was done with precise measurements and the finished product showed just what I observed. Unbelievably sturdy, they didnâ  t cut corners to save time and it was absolutely beautiful. Also what I consider a huge factor is the Warranties on the work and material. A 25 year Warranty that covers scratching and fading of the Trex flooring and railings. UNBELIEVABLE! Lastly, they left the work area cleaner than before they started and Mike the Owner answered my calls or texts every time I had a question either immediately or responded within 15 minutes. All I can say about Remodel or Renew is if you give them a chance to bid on your project you will be happy and even happier if you hire them and see for yourself what I have just told you! "We had used John and Mark for both our bathroom remodeling previously and once we called John, he was very responsive and reasonable with the quote and dates. They changed 15 regular, one basement and one bay window in our home in 13 days. Once they started they realized that there was double siding in our home but that didnt slow them down. The work was done on time and on budget. Mark and Jaron did most of the work and John supervised and helped out on the portions where a third hand was needed. They respected our request to not wear shoes inside the home and used dropcloths. They touched up the paint in all rooms and even helped install the window treatments."

"We hired Tom for a kitchen & half-bath remodel in 2019. As with all remodeling projects, especially a kitchen remodel that disrupts your life, Tom was wonderful at communicating and kept the project on time and on budget. Tom stands behind his work and quickly remediated any issues (which are always inevitable with these projects) and we can absolutely say that we are still 100% satisfied a year later. We completely trusted Tom to make our kitchen remodel dream come true and would hire him again should another project come up!"

"Some of the designs that were offered when designing the basement were not actually available and I was not told until they were already doing the install. The breaker for the basement lights and plugs seems overloaded because it will trip when I have the treadmill plugged in. There were a couple of places where the paint did not appear to dry correctly and had to be redone and still has an uneven surface. They got it done quickly but you could definitely tell it was rushed."

"Paul and Jay did an addition to our home. The addition included a bedroom, bathroom and deck. HVAC, Plumbing and electrical work was done as well. The work was top notch and the guys were professional during the process. They worked with us to design and plan all the necessary work. We could not be happier with the results."

"We hired All Work Construction to update our master bathroom, including marble floor and shower walls, custom niche, new tub, vanity with marble top, electrical etc. I'm a designer and perfectionist, so this job was rather complex, with a few minor hick-ups. All Work Construction did an amazing job overall, Vlad and his team were very responsive and pleasant to work with. We love our new dream bathroom! Would like to hire them again, to remodel our kids' bathroom :)"

"I would not hesitate for a second hiring Horsman Builders for any of my house projects or remodel, in fact that is what I will do from now on. I was nervous starting a project having to handle things on my own but Tim made me comfortable with a detailed estimate, answered all my questions, kept me informed about the work, the site was always clean and the result is awesome, my neighbor was commenting on how great it is just checking it out from a window. Fair price, excellent quality and great customer service. A+"

"Phil remodeled my whole kitchen. He remolded my bathroom into a new full bath. His workmanship is excellent and his idea and design is good. His price is very reasonable. I will definitely hire him again for my next remodel job."

"We are so happy that we hired Benchmark to remodel our kitchen! Lee and Ian were professional and knowledgeable, from beginning to end. We were very impressed with their attention to detail. They made our 1980's dingy, dark kitchen look amazing with beautiful white cabinets and granite countertops. We love it! I highly recommend Benchmark and will recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you, Lee and Ian! Sallie and Don M."
