"Some of the designs that were offered when designing the basement were not actually available and I was not told until they were already doing the install. The breaker for the basement lights and plugs seems overloaded because it will trip when I have the treadmill plugged in. There were a couple of places where the paint did not appear to dry correctly and had to be redone and still has an uneven surface. They got it done quickly but you could definitely tell it was rushed."

Sean and his team are professional, trustful, fair pricing, identified issues on the walk through, flexible to scheduling, friendly to Veterans and fast at their craft. We did an entire demo and remodeling of the bathroom, kitchen, flooring (bath, kitchen and hallway) as well as 6 foot wall gap and reinforcing support beam. Pricing was within budge and the contract was detail. Payment was made weekly with detail sub-billing, that made it easy to review work and mark progress. Continue communication made it easy to id issues, coordinate purchases of items and keep up with timeline. Sean even went out of his way to assist me when pipes froze during weekend that my husband was away on business which save potential damage to the home.
