"When we started our plan of remodeling, the first thing we did was the complete roof replacement including kitchen vent & duct pipe installation to the roof, and new installation of attic ventilation. MMP did not only completed it just as agreed but also very efficiently. The crews were friendly, professional, and careful. The jobs were carefully managed and implemented effectively. I was impressed by Matt, who is the manager, and he does an outstanding job in managing the crews and the progress of the situation, and the communication was clear and always to the point. We then moved to initiate a search for a contractor of two bathrooms remodeling after completing the roof and attic vent, MMP was one of the many candidates. Matt has had not only the best idea and proposals but also shown an impressive & professional sense of evaluating the project accurately, including the possible structural modification as well as a competitive estimate of the cost of the build. His proposal included a rebuild of a wall of the bathroom to expand another one adjacent to it. Matt accepted to use my schematic design image (made with a software tool) and a spreadsheet list of the fixtures that I created - as many as fifty items including TOTO, Grohe, American Standard, Panasonic, and IKEA - to start the job (later changed some of them due to local plumbing code compliance) After beginning the bathroom remodel project, Matt shared what jobs will be done with us timely and efficiently via text so that we feel comfortable enough in knowing what is going on while living in the house of dust & noise from remodeling. The crews, Zen and Mark, were very courteous, extensively experienced, reliable, and friendly with excellent communication, sometimes with songs of 80s rock music. They ask me when more precise specifications are needed and notified me when they feel advance notifications are required. When a change is necessary due to inspection, they informed me and clarified what and why. I have never felt uncomfortable in living together with the remodel job which has lasted over four months. The completed two bathrooms were stunning, just as I imagined. Matt, Zen, and Mark have proved their strong & thoughtful expertise and lived up with my request patiently until completion. Great job. A home remodeling project cannot be successful without having a trusted partner, and my experience with MMP has led me to be glad to share my confidence that MMP has a credential to become your reliable partner to manage a construction project together."

"We had used John and Mark for both our bathroom remodeling previously and once we called John, he was very responsive and reasonable with the quote and dates. They changed 15 regular, one basement and one bay window in our home in 13 days. Once they started they realized that there was double siding in our home but that didnt slow them down. The work was done on time and on budget. Mark and Jaron did most of the work and John supervised and helped out on the portions where a third hand was needed. They respected our request to not wear shoes inside the home and used dropcloths. They touched up the paint in all rooms and even helped install the window treatments."

"Some of the designs that were offered when designing the basement were not actually available and I was not told until they were already doing the install. The breaker for the basement lights and plugs seems overloaded because it will trip when I have the treadmill plugged in. There were a couple of places where the paint did not appear to dry correctly and had to be redone and still has an uneven surface. They got it done quickly but you could definitely tell it was rushed."

"I used Remodel Or Renew Home Improvement to replace a door I had installed not long ago. I had water coming in and the old contractor was nowhere to be found. The owners Tom and Mike came to my house identified the issues and had a crew here the next day. I cant recommend this company enough. I was loosing sleep with water coming into my basement. I have new confidence in good people to do great work! Thank you Remodel or Renew! Exceptional service at a reasonable price."

"We hired All Work Construction to update our master bathroom, including marble floor and shower walls, custom niche, new tub, vanity with marble top, electrical etc. I'm a designer and perfectionist, so this job was rather complex, with a few minor hick-ups. All Work Construction did an amazing job overall, Vlad and his team were very responsive and pleasant to work with. We love our new dream bathroom! Would like to hire them again, to remodel our kids' bathroom :)"

"Benchmark Home Improvements changed the way our home looks, our new beautiful kitchen has been simply an amazing transformation. Lee has been a great help in designing our new kitchen and together with his team they did a wonderful job building the kitchen to that design. They went way beyond their contractual obligations to accommodate our requests. We would wholeheartedly recommend Benchmark Home Improvement for any of your home improvement projects"

"Ramy and his team did an amazing job with our flooring and the remodeling of our bathroom. The outcome was perfection and I couldn’t be more happy with the result. Ramy even helped me save on supply costs by helping me find great alternatives. He is the first person I’ll call for any projects coming up and I can’t recommend him highly enough."

"Great to work with, completed work in a timely manner, gave advice and suggestions of construction. Completed 2 rooms in the basement and a nursery on second floor."

"This being our first experience with a contractor, we could not have been more happy with our selection. Sean and his team are professional, trustful, fair pricing, identified issues on the walk through, flexible to scheduling, friendly to Veterans and fast at their craft. We did an entire demo and remodeling of the bathroom, kitchen, flooring (bath, kitchen and hallway) as well as 6 foot wall gap and reinforcing support beam. Pricing was within budge and the contract was detail. Payment was made weekly with detail sub-billing, that made it easy to review work and mark progress. Continue communication made it easy to id issues, coordinate purchases of items and keep up with timeline. Sean even went out of his way to assist me when pipes froze during weekend that my husband was away on business which save potential damage to the home. We highly recommend Handy and Some, LLC for any project you have in mind and we will reach out to them on all of our future projects. I am wicked happy with my bathroom and kitchen. Thank you Sean, the team and Handy and Some, LLC"
