Greenleafs Garden Design

Rich did a great job with our garden design and follow-through. I had originally wanted to just get a quote for budgeting purposes but decided to accept his quote to do the garden install in the fall. He was very conscientious about early frost and had made a visit to apply some spray to reduce the impact of frost in late fall. He then made a trip up in the spring to check on the status of our plants to see if any plants needed to be replaced. I also had a problem with ferns growing out of control. Rich installed a barrier to keep the ferns within the area we wanted it to stay. All in all, I am very happy with what he has done and expect to use his services more in the future.

Working with Rich was an absolute blessing!! He really knew what he was taking about and was prompt about getting things done. He was very communicative about when he would be on property and what he planned to do. He was also very fast to communicate whether it was cost estimates or time estimates, he always got back to us quickly. My husband and I were very indecisive about what we wanted and Rich patiently worked with us to figure it out. His team was great too, they did quality work. Overall, great experience. Would work with again!!

Rich and his employee did a great job on cleaning up an area in our backyard, removing tree branches, leaves and pine needles. Rich is very easy to communicate with and offers a great price for the services offered. This was my first time hiring a landscaper and if we have any projects in the future, we will be reaching out to Rich and his team! Thank you for helping us, Rich!

Rich is extremely knowledgeable about plants and very detail oriented - this enabled him to successfully work in our jam-packed flowerbeds without damaging existing plantings and to weed correctly. He and his assistant worked tirelessly to get everything done as efficiently as possible. They were on time, professional, considerate of our budget and cleaned up throughly when finished. Rich promptly responded to us within 24hrs whether it was via email, voicemail or text to setup the initial appointment, strategize what garden bed cleanup, plantings, trees, landscaping or mulching had to be completed first and in what sequence. He also responded to questions we had after the work was completed and volunteered to come back to install quick connects on the irrigation hoses. We would hire him 24/7 as our personal gardener if we could!

We used Greenleaf’s Design to redesign an established garden, removing plants that were no longer working for us and planting new plants to add color and vibrance to the area throughout each season. Rich is extremely knowledgeable about which plants will thrive in our full sun garden, a great communicator who listened to our garden preferences, and is motivated to provide the easy-to-maintain garden we want at a great price. He provided us with a written estimate which outlines exactly for what services and plants we are being billed. He is dedicated to making customers happy and seems as excited about this project as we are! Working with Rich has been a pleasure and we are looking forward to seeing what further magic he creates in our gardens.

I hired Greenleafs Design to basically rip out my front lawn (weeds mostly), and replace with a beautiful garden. We couldn't be happier with Rich and his service. He worked within our budget, he designed layout, installed plants/shurbs and drip irrigation system. It looks amazing!

It took several weeks for them to get to my job, but that was understandable considering all the trees and branches that came down during the spring storms of 2018. I was very pleased with their work and professioalism. When they were finished they did a great job cleaning everything up.

Greenleaf was exceptionally professional, on time and on budget. We had a massive maple tree in the backyard that had seen some extensive damage over the last few winters. Access to the yard is difficult, so the team had to bring in a crane. It took approximately 4 hours from start to finish. Great service, great company.

Prompt, professional work at a very good price. A quality job. The crew was great, everything was cleaned up on completion of the job and they made sure we were pleased with the work before they left. Highly recommended and will use again.

Called Greenleaf in early April for service inquiry and I promptly received a quote within the next business day with all the pertinent details. After calling back to arrange the service request the appointment date was cited for the second week of May. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call on April 25th saying work could start first thing the next day. Crew arrived early as indicated on April 26th. Started work by removing several fallen branches, a few of which were wedged into tree high up. Greenleaf removed all branches cleanly and area looked great once done. Crew advised they would need to come back another day to work on the dead tree removal and cut a large snapped tree limb on the other side of my house, as they courteously advised they did not want to make tracks on the front lawn with the larger equipment. Greenleaf came back the next day April 27th in the morning and took roughly one hour to complete the job. Excellent job of cutting and cleaning up the work area on this part too. My young daughter enjoyed watching all the workmen from the window. My wife and I are overall very satisfied with the service received from Greenleaf. Paying the originally quoted price was very reassuring and an important commitment to me as a customer. Rich from Greenleaf checked in with me the same evening after completing the job to make sure I was happy with the work performed. Definitely appreciate this follow-up. I will definitely be looking to Greenleaf for any needed tree services in the future! And I will certainly recommend Greanleaf to anyone in my area whom is looking to have tree services performed.

I was extremely pleased with Greenleaf. Sarah, the estimator was very knowledgeable, punctual, and efficient. The cutting crew was friendly and highly efficient. Cleanup was immaculate. Rich was in contact all the way following progress and satisfaction. I wouldn't consider anyone else for tree service.

Got a quick response and quote. The work was done within a couple of weeks of the quote. They got it all done inside a day, a lot of work, in tight quarters. Everything swept up, left neat. Great job.

One of the March storms dropped a tree across my back yard. I called Greenleaf's, who've done my tree removals in the past. A week after the estimate, the crew arrived with the crane to load the tree into the shredder. Minimal lawn damage and care was taken to clear the lawn and driveway of debris.

I am an out-of-state property owner and when the tenants informed me of trees that needed attention, I contacted Greenleaf's Tree Service. The interaction was all done over the phone and text. They were very professional, got back to me promptly and kept me informed when the would would be performed and the status of the work. I would certainly use them again.

Very well. Rich was great to work with and was very considerate of the impact of the crane service on the lawn. I was not present the day the trees were removed, but by all accounts from neighbors his team was very skilled in taking these large trees down. Job was done on time and yard was left very clean.
