"Totally excellent service. My furnace was not working so I had no hot water. I called after 7 pm and Mike was there first thing in the morning to check it out. He located the problem and took immediate action to resolve it. Called suppliers, located the part for a 57 year old furnace. The following day Jason and Chase came and made the repair. "We had the distinct pleasure of having Richard solve ALL of our water needs. Very personable (easy to talk to and a good listener), and knowledgeable in every aspect of water supply. Our dug well was not providing potable water. Pump was rusted and could not keep pressure. Replaced with submersible pump, ran new piping and electric line, added a water softener and Arsenic removal, alongside a Point of Use reverse osmosis line to kitchen sink. Quality at every level. "Mike was able to fit me in the same day for an estimate which surprised me because I'm sure a lot of people are needing his services with all the rain lately but he was in the area that day and came by. Although the company is a nation wide chain, its a franchise and a small business. He is an honest Vermonter with Vermont values which I appreciate.
