Spray Force, LLC is family-owned and operated. As both a commercial and residential pressure washing company, we are able to bring our experience in each field to the other. Unlike many "residential only" companies, we are able to apply professional grade equipment to your project while maintaining costs and superior results. All of our employees are licensed and insured- alleviating risk from our customers, and providing peace of mind within an industry that frequently lacks both. Whether you need pressure washing for the exterior of your home or building, your sidewalks, your driveway, a deck, pool area or a patio, Spray Force can get them looking like new again. One of the only RCIA & UAMCC certified companies in the state, a certified company you can trust. Our Mission is to provide superior customer service, and quality work to all residential and commercial customers for an affordable price. We go above and beyond to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with our work.

"They were great to communicate with but the chemical spill and damage to driveway, lawn and shrubs was unacceptable and they never took responsibility for the damage or offered to compensate us for the damage they agreed they were responsible for. They lost a customer as a result and I have shared our story with many. We will look elsewhere in the future."

"We hired Cody to do some wallboard repair and to replace 4 interior Luan doors with 4 standard Masonite slabs in existing pre-hung door frames. The wall repair came out great, but the doors turned out to be well beyond his skill level. A carpenter friend had measured and delivered the doors to us, but he became too busy to do the work so we hired Cody. Surprisingly Cody claimed the standard doors were 1/8â too wide and too tall, and that both the width and height had to be trimmed. We questioned him but trusted his â expertiseâ and relented. He wound up cutting off so much of the width and height that we are left with visible gaps between the doors and the jambs. And because the barrel of the doorknobs did not reach the strike plates, he "fixed" his mistake by â doubled upâ two strike plates on each door so three catch - the fourth still doesn't. In short, he ruined $400 worth of doors, which have to be replaced â and installed â by a competent contractor. Cody refuses to discuss a solution, claiming that he warned us that trimming the doors would be problematic, and blaming us for telling him to cut the doors â all of which we vigorously deny. He was the one who suggested the â fix,â and we trusted he knew what he was doing. It wasnâ t until he was finished that we saw the horrific mistakes and that his workmanship was abysmal. Weâ ve never written a bad review but cannot recommend Bartonâ s Perfection if you need carpentry work. His work was far from â perfection.â"

Roof Cleaning questions, answered by experts

You should not clean roof shingles if the roof has damage like missing shingles or low spots where water may accumulate. You should focus on repairing the roof before any cleaning process occurs. If you notice roof damage as you’re climbing on the roof to clean it, stop immediately. Call a roofing pro to make repairs. Cleaning a roof that has damage could lead to pooling water or water damage to the roof decking. The roof cleaning process removes mold and mildew, making the roof look better. It is not going to fix physical damage, though.

Soft washing chemicals typically consist of a mix of sodium hypochlorite (or a chemical component of bleach) and water. While sodium hypochlorite and bleach are often thought to be the same thing, there is one small but key difference between the two: sodium hypochlorite comes in powdered rather than liquid form, which means that it’s also more concentrated and more effective from less product overall.

Iron, or ferrous sulfate, is one of the fastest methods for killing moss. As such, you’ll find this ingredient in many lawn fertilizers and lawn killers. Vinegar is another solution for quickly killing moss. It takes just 15 to 20 minutes for vinegar to take effect. A harsher method is bleach, which also has a similar time frame for taking effect.

Yes, many services include cleaning as part of the repair process. Confirm with your provider.

If you’re painting your home or monitoring a job as it’s being completed, squash the issue ASAP if you notice paint is getting onto the roof. Keeping it clean is one of the keys to extending your roof’s life.

Removing latex paint before it dries is much easier and lowers the risk of damaging your shingles (more on that below). Simply spray the spot with a hose for one to two minutes to clear away the drying paint. In general, this is a good way to remove ugly stains from your roof without using chemicals.
