The main task was to replace a whole house generator and, as it turned out, upgrade/rationalize multiple older panels servicing a big home, apt and shop. Charles presented several options with rough estimates, I picked one and he gave a firm estimate with itemized parts list and labor. We picked a date and Charles executed the plan…as planned. A little color. Charles is a big, fit, articulate young man with a strong sense of how a professional ought to comport himself. He started work on the main panel in my garage. Late November in NH. His shoes were sitting by the door and he was working in his socks. I didn’t expect it but what a pleasure to find such a pro. What about $ you ask. I estimate that I saved $10k compared to you know who. "
