I debated for about a year if I should post a review. I just want people to be aware of the quality of work he did at least for me. I called alpine because I really wanted a stand by generator, I just didn’t want to deal with a portable generator each time the electricity went. I called and Rich promptly returned my call, he was able to work with my budget. Once, everything was purchased and installed, we shortly started having problems. First the generator, wasn’t installed correctly. For some reason, the generator would trip the bathroom electricity and we wouldn’t have electricity for days. I called him various times and he told me the generator had nothing to do with it. I had to get another electrician and explained that when the generator was installed they had to up the voltage to the bathroom. The second thing was that we had an outdoor security light installed, it worked for a few weeks and it out of the blue it stopped working. We thought it was the light bulb, replaced it, and it still didn’t work. He sent one of his workers which never got the thing to work again. To date, my security light doesn’t function. My overall experience is that once Rich sells you something he’s done with you, after care customer service is non existent. He did send an email saying that I had one free oil change with the purchase of the generator. I told him I didn’t want it, I never want him or anybody from his team on my property again.
Response from Alpine Electrical Services
"We came to your house on several occasions for various issues that you had regarding tripped circuit breakers. Each time we came we reset your breaker and everything was working. Perhaps you were overloading the circuit with your hair dryer. We cannot keep making trips for nuisance circuits tripping. The exterior flood light was purchased by you and was installed correctly. We are not responsible for the inexpensive light fixture you purchased. As far as the generator not being installed correctly. This is just not true. Increasing the voltage to the bathroom doesn't make any sense. If you ment to say increasing the amperage. That would make more sense and backs up my theory of you overloading the circuit. Additionally, we made several trips to your house and did not charge you."

very quick response. He found the reason for no power to the  garage door opener and lights and quickly fixed it.                                  He also moved stove outlet, cleaned mess and now stove is flush to wall.  very professional too.
