Charles presented several options with rough estimates, I picked one and he gave a firm estimate with itemized parts list and labor. We picked a date and Charles executed the plan…as planned. A little color. Charles is a big, fit, articulate young man with a strong sense of how a professional ought to comport himself. He started work on the main panel in my garage. Late November in NH.
