"Service tech was very nice - he explained his testing to me and performed the service without making a mess- cleaned up after himself.  I felt very comfortable with him and that what was being done was protecting our home's water quality.  Water tastes great and no chlorine or other stinky smells in the shower/bath water."

"Richard called me this morning after I left a message last night. He was here right at the promised time, did a very clear estimate of what needed to be done, and gave me a complete estimate for the total job. He had brought a new well bladder tank with him , the perfect replacement size. He worked very efficiently and took the extra time to tell me exactly what he was doing and how everything should work when completed. At no extra charge, he tested the water twice and again explained everything and answered all of my questions clearly and completely. At no time did I feel that he was rushing through the job just to get it done and move on to the next customer. I've never hired anyone before thru Angie's, but if Richard is the type of person that they recommend, I would certainly hire someone again. I cannot speak highly enough for Richard Ardito's work. He was here and the new tank was completely installed in 3 hours. Will definitely recommend him to any friends. 5 STAR + BERNIE"

"Harmond helped me over video link to test the components in my broken refrigerator. The testing confirmed that it was the compressor that had failed. I purchased a new refrigerator because I decided it was not worth the cost to replace the compressor."
