My rating would be AAA+++ if I could do it! Joe Arone and his crew went above and beyond what we had expected. They were done in one day and as it was getting dark they were actually using the flashlight on their phones to search for left over debris! The job is spectacular, gorgeous and the crew was extremely courteous and wonderfully professional. Thank you Joe! We will recommend them every chance we get.

They removed the old shingles and they put new plywood and then shingles, I like it, the team that came in they know what they doing, and things went smoothly

The job went very well. This was my first experience with a full roof replacement and we were quite nervous not knowing what to expect and what expense we were facing. Arone Exteriors came highly recommended so we reached out... Joe and his team were very professional, extremely responsive and on time by the minute they quoted. Also, pricing was very fair and no-nonsense and we felt we were being treated honestly and up front all the way through. In fact, I felt Joe and team wen over and above on many aspects of the job and the quote was the quote (to the penny). Joe also recommended a specific color roofing that was spot on exactly what we wanted and this provided a beautiful result! The job site was left clean and neat each day and left virtually no interruption at my home or in my neighborhood. In the end, I'm VERY pleased with the job they did and highly recommend Joe and Arone Exteriors. I'll be calling back Joe back for future work as needed for sure!!

When it was time for our roof replacement we did a lot of research and got quotes from a few different contractors. The price from Arone Exteriors was the most competitive and I liked how they detailed everything in their quote such as work to be performed, materials used, etc so there would be no confusion or surprises later on. Joe was very professional and easy to work with, he answered any questions we had and offered us his opinion without making us feel like he was trying to upsell us. The crew that worked on our roof were polite and professional. We had 2 layers of shingles stripped off and the new roof was completed that same day, they cleaned up after themselves and our new roof looks great! Joe even fixed our screen door for us that kept sticking! I would not hesitate to use Arone Exteriors in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have work done on their home.

The crew showed up on time ,worked hard and were a great bunch of guys. They did great work on the roof and on the clean up. The price was great and would recommend them to family and neighbors.

This is the second roof Joe has done for me. I really like how he clearly states in his paper work exactly the work that will be done. His crew is great, they show up on time and work really fast. Joe also did a great job replacing my gutter in the front of the house. Arone Exteriors is only only company I will use to replace a roof. It is not even work shopping around for quotes.

Very good job; arrived on time and able to finish the job in one day, good cleanup. Joseph Arone came out himself to finish up connecting the new vents installed, and ended up paying for some extra hardware that was needed (no extra charge to me). Arone Exteriors is very professional and takes care of their customers.

I prefer to communicate via email since I am in front of a computer all day and the initial communication was a little spotty. I proposed multiple days/times for Joe to come by and quote the project but he kept sending an email asking me to supply a day. After a few bumps we got a day scheduled. Joe was on-time and apologized for the miscommunication. He agreed to take on all the work, minus the leak, and said it would be a few weeks before they could get to it. He said he would need to get another employee to look at the leak with him before he could give me an estimate of the work. A few weeks turned into about 6 as he pushed out the schedule and then I went on vacation. So a little fault on both sides. Finally, the carpenter arrived and performed all the the general tasks. He even made some repairs to existing railings instead of ordering new ones to save me some money. When he left that day I thought they had done a good job but when I went to close the new exterior door I noticed it was out of alignment. I emailed Joe and he quickly got back and said the carpenter would be back the next day to take a look. The carpenter did return the next day (a Saturday) and made adjustments to the door to my satisfaction. Overall, a good experience with a few hiccups. Unfortunately, when I asked Joe about the leak he said he would have to come back with his carpenter and take a look but he has not contacted me to come back. So most of the items on my list were handled professionally but one of the main items was never completed.

The workers were very quiet, efficient, professional and neat. They arrived on time each day and cleaned each day before they left. Owner, Joe, was on site most of each day and answered any questions. Arone Exteriors goes above and beyond expectations. Perfect. Arone showed up when promised, the work was completed on time and in a professional manner. The company removed the existing shingles, replaced the bathroom vents, installed new flashing on the chimney and a new ridge vent, installed an ice and water shield on the deck eaves, applied underlayment, installed drip edges and installed the GAF architectural shingles we specified. They also applied tarps to the sides of the house to prevent damage to siding and our landscaping. Their cleanup was first rate. No debris and no nails left behind. We could not be happier with the process and the end result.

Very well. Joe and team are very professional and skilled at their trades. They know what they're doing. They all treated me and my family with respect. They also treated my property with respect and cleaned up everything each day. They showed up when they were supposed to and all did a great job!. I did not pay for anything until the job was completed.

Joe and his crew did an excellent job on an area of my roof that leaked a few months ago during the heavy snow. He not only did the normal roof work (ice/water shield and shingles), but he also inspected and sealed a small area at the intersection of two roof slopes that's highly suspect as the point of water entry. He has done work on my house before and I never hesitate to call on him.

It couldn't have been smoother. Joe was very professional, very prompt and very courteous. He sent me an exact and detailed quote, allowed for an Angie's list discount and even took care of a small vinyl siding repair that was not part of the roof job at no additional cost to me. His workers were very clean and neat, and very respectful. After completion of the job I noticed a minor issue that I called him about. He was at my house the next morning at 8am with his full crew and they took care of it with a smile. He wanted to make sure I was happy and had no problem coming back out. The clean up was so good in fact that they raked and took the leaves from half of my front lawn! Very highly recommended and in fact I have another small job for him that'll have to wait until spring.

Arone Exteriors removed old roof and installed new roof quickly and with high quality materials. They also installed two roof goose neck vents. Joe, the owner, provided an excellent price and even when it was possible he could have charged more he stuck to his word and emphasized that is most important to him. He is extremely trustworthy, his team performed high quality work and we will definitely go to Arone for any other exterior work we have in the future.
