Chimney Sweep, Pellet stove cleaning, waterproofing, mason repair, liners, wood stove, fireplace, furnace flue, caps, chase covers, installs, stone veneer, class a chimney, full build, rebuild, level I inspection, level II inspection, level III inspection.

"We ordered two propane stoves and were going to have them install them. But after getting a general note about going out of business got nothing in specific on our deposits or service we were expecting. I responded to this general email and got a response from Kyle saying get off my high horse and be patient. His wife Heidi did provide one of the stoves but we never got the other one. We are out the deposit of $1700 with no alternative to get a stove or get my money back on the deposit. As far as I am concerned they stole that money and are crooks. This guy Kyle was full of himself giving me a lecture via email about his high moral ethics in business and how he was a man of honor and good character. As as far as I am concerned he is full of s*** and now Sin Cal is permanently closed with no recourse to get my money back. I have hired a lawyer and will pursue legal means to get restitution or at the very least cost them money. This guy has other businesses and if you see him associated with any contractor or contracting businesses pull clear this guy is a crook."

There are DIY methods and store-bought pesticides available for the public to use. However, these pesticides also come with a risk, and you need to follow the directions correctly and take precautionary measures to prevent exposure to these chemicals. Ticks are most commonly found behind (or even inside) ears, behind knees, in belly buttons, in the hair, and in your underarms. If you find a tick on your body or on your pet, use a pair of clean tweezers to grab the tick as close to the surface of your skin as possible. If you simply yank or twist it, you can leave the tick’s mouth parts lodged in your skin and will need to remove those carefully with the tweezers. 

Once you have removed the tick, flush it down the toilet and wash your skin with rubbing alcohol or soap and water. Know the signs of lyme disease such as fever, chills, headache, muscle aches, and a rash.

Spiders are not typically attracted to bedding as a primary source of food or shelter, but they sometimes inadvertently end up there. Spiders can hitch a ride on your clothing, belongings, or through open windows and doors. The underside of a bed, especially if it's near a wall or corner, can provide such a sheltered spot where they can hide and build webs. Dust and clutter under your bed can create ideal hiding places as well. If your room has other insects like flies or mosquitoes, spiders may be drawn to the area in search of prey. 

In general, mouse droppings can remain infectious for 2 to 3 days at room temperature. Through their urine and feces, rodents can spread harmful diseases to humans. Common infectious diseases include hantavirus, salmonellosis, leptospirosis, and LCM.

However, depending on the specific virus and environmental conditions, mouse droppings can carry viruses for shorter or longer periods of time. For example, Salmonella can survive in mouse droppings several days and even weeks.

Scent deterrents like ammonia, vinegar, mothballs, and pepper can help keep coyotes away, but these are best used in tandem with other preventative measures. Remember that ammonia and vinegar can kill your plants and/or grass, so it’s best to soak rags in these substances or spray them on hardscaped areas to avoid damaging your landscape.
